Not a great first post but nevertheless

I’m the one who has higher rate pip but my partners the only driver and we’ve now gone our own way!

Obviously she won’t be keeping the car which we’ve only had around six months and there’s nobody else to drive it, can I hand the car back and would I be able to claim the advance payment back prorata or would I lose it.

I know I need to call motability but that won’t be until Tuesday now so I thought best to ask on here and see if anyone else’s been through anything similar or is this documented down anywhere?

yes you can hand it back and get the A/P BACK pro rata but with everything going on showrooms closed i think it could be a while before you can hand it back with motability
