I have decided not to take the “damage in transit” VW Sharan which had side impact damage either caused at the dealers or after leaving the factory.

I am now looking for a 7 seat SUV that I can get from stock before Christmas.

Does anyone have info on BMW Gran Tourers. I can get £500 off any Tourer but would like to know if people on here find the seats comfy and their likes and dislikes.

I am also looking at the VW Tiguan Allspace with the digital dash. Are they comfy and what are the likes and dislikes.

I have been busy phoning around the dealers and there maybe a couple of BMW and VW options available immediately.

      Any thoughts would be appreciated.

If you don’t mind a manual gearbox, I would go with the Allspace SEL.

Unless you get very lucky and find one in stock somewhere, the Christmas issue definitely kills the Allspace – they’re built in Mexico, then shipped to Germany for final “stuff” and the current delivery time from the order is as bad as 7-9 months (this is what killed it as an option for me as I want out of my current car as soon as I can).
The boot size on the BMW isn’t great compared to the Allspace but if it’ll work for you, they’re nice enough cars. I only sat in one for a minute or two as I then wrote it off of my list for the boot space so can’t really say much about the comfort level longer term, and I never drove it.
IF you’ll consider another option, the Seat Tarraco is worth a look – you get the digital dash, 7 seats, most of the same components from the Allspace, similar boot space etc. Seat don’t do anywhere near as much in the way of options as other brands so again, probably have a decent chance of finding one in stock somewhere if you’re willing to travel.

          Which Mobility Car

Try Roger at VW Hull, he has some stock VW Allspace:

JCT 600 VW Hull currently have a Tiguan Allspace 2.0TDi SEL Manual in Blue Silk available for immediate handover.

Roger at VW Hull is offering this with £500 off the AP as long as handover is on or before 24th December 2019. So £1349 you have a lot of car as the Allspace in SEL form comes with Keyless with Electric tailgate over the SWB Tiguan.

If you are interested contact Roger on 01482 642020 or email roger.brocklesby@jct600.co.uk

Please take note that ordering can ONLY be done in person. Orders will NOT be taken over the phone or via email.
