A number of relatives and friends have covid yes they are still testing themselves. My father in law has been poorly for a few weeks with it caught from his retired paramedic friend who new he had but came to play golf anyway WT£. My daughter and son have it also.
It maybe isn’t as bad as it was but still packs a kick so just be on guard guys and take any precautions you think necessary.

I only had 2 testing kits left, so let NHS know. They sent me an other box of testing kits. This because I am high risk on registered as such.

GeeI’ve never been tested for Covid-19.
I think my District Nurse gave me a Covid jab once or possibly twice but then again maybe those were flu jabs?
Lockdown was not an issue for me because prior to Covid i rarely left home and post Covid i still rarely leave home.
I hope and pray that Covid is not back because if it is back we will lose lots more good people.

Anyone entitled to a free NHS flu jab can get it from most branches of Boots. If you don’t qualify for a free one, they’ll do it for £20.

That’s for England not sure the rules for Scotland Wales and Northern Ireland but I imagine they are similar.

September 29, 2023 at 7:47 pm #235281I know we all have different opinions on Covid and the efficacy of the jabs, but I have to say that I feel so much happier today now that I’ve had the booster.

I keep saying I have had enough jabs to last me a lifetime and for sometime now swearing I won’t be having another but, then I do like to moan about things lol. However when my time comes (vunerable 16-64 group) you can bet a bottom dollar I will have it 🙂
? our household has been licky and never had covid.
September 29, 2023 at 11:31 pm #235311Had mine today, really don’t understand why I didn’t feel the injection going in, but know a few hours later, it feels like I’ve been hit in the arm with a hammer!
