This is my 1st post and I’m so pleased I’ve found this friendly forum!

This is also my 1st Motability vehicle, bit the bullet after our car started costing us money.

I’ve ordered a Citroen C3 Aircross max and the dealer advised we should have it by February, which was fine.

He then rang me last week and said he had the car in the network and we will have it before Christmas…which I was astounded at!

Yesterday we received an email from Stellantis asking us to download and install the MyCitroen app. Does anyone know if this means they have the vehicle at the dealer?

Lynz, it probably wont mean the car is at the dealers. But phone them and ask for an update on your order.

They usually let you know when the car lands in the UK, and its a few weeks after that before it lands at the dealers.

Yeah the car is in the country and is at another branch of the dealer.

Yes it usually means it is within their control, so landed. You should receive notification of the reg number soon.

It wont take very long Lynz to get your new car. But give the dealership you ordered from for a definitive update.

If the dealer suggested installing the Phone App, then its a good sign.

Thanks everyone. I picked up my new car on Tuesday just gone. 2 and a half weeks after I ordered it.
Switching from manual to automatic is the best thing I’ve ever done…my left hip and knee are grateful!
