My car order from Dec 2021 has been delayed and it is now July if I am lucky it should have been march or April this is Abarth Automatic and i phoned around other makes and was told to stay with my present order by toyota and Peugeot it is not looking good.

Thanks Micky i cancelled a Mini in nov 2021 due to this problem perhaps i should have stuck with that anyway one good thing is i am not paying anything at the moment.

Has anyone been annoyed with Auto-trader and dealer web sites when they say a new car is in stock and when you phone them they say it is just an advert i have phoned many dealers and not a sausage is available a waste of time.

Hi Dave

I think what your saying is a practice that’s been used in retail ever since Adam sold an Apple to Eve and that’s to adverts for something as an unbelievable cheap bargain and when you turn up there’s no such thing.

Times I’ve been to Curry’s over the years to buy that fantastic cheap computer, washing machine, TV only to be told that they just sold the last one five minutes ago but we have another one here exactly the same specification but cost X amounts more. It’s what fishermen call baiting and we bite.

These things are annoying at the best of times but more so in these times and you have to deal with a disability as well.
