Just had a call from Ford Croydon, on behalf of our local dealership. Our Kuga was booked in for a service the day lockdown started.

Service now booked for 29th May, with collect and drop off.

They also explained how the vehicle is sanitised before return.

So some dealerships are definitely opening back up.

I had my MOT and service last Friday. Very efficient service from Volvo. 15 mins slot so I was the only customer in the place. Courtesy car sanitised and ready to take. Same when picking car back up in the afternoon
