Check the load ratings and pressure of your tyres

Mine were over inflated by around 10psi

And the load ratings were for a saloon car not the heavier suv, auto and 4drive which weighs considerably more

Now running with a  98  load rating

Had 2 of my tyre’s replaced over the last 6 months due to damage, the excellent guy from Kwik fit checked them all at my house.

Currently driving Seat Ateca 2.0 FR Sport TDI 190 DSG 4drive

Had the rears changed @ 8500 miles

Now replaced the front 2 @ 13600 miles

Still using Bridgestone

@Markw yours might have already had a higher load rating due to it being a  diesel

Only done 4k in two years, I have 3 Bridgestone and a Good Year Eagle now . Seems ok

That was my understanding too, but it’s a decent tyre, only slightly cheaper than my other 3, maybe availability on that day was difficult, they are pretty non standard size 245/40 on 19s
