Hi, I have ordered my next car two months ago and my dealer gave me a ETA of 1/11/2019 the AP was £1899 and she gave me a discount of £399 but now WMC has just posted these offers and stratstone are offering the same car but for £1000 discount which means i’d pay £899 AP rather than £1599 from my dealer. I called my dealer the other day for an update and she said the car should be built this month but what with Brexit she’s not 100% sure. Now I am unsure of what to do should I cancel and re order but if i do cancel and re order it will delay my order for another 2-3 months. One more thing is that the my nearest Startstone delaer is 100 miles away. Advice please.

Doesn’t Stratstone have the car in stock your looking for?
We spoke with a sales guy yesterday who said they had to pre register around 30 cars in September for target which I know doesn’t help us with pre registered but I’m guessing they are pretty desperate for sales.
Surely they could do something to help and 100 miles for £1000 discount seems worth the drive.
No they actually don’t have a single one of the cars I want in the whole country.. strange I know. Local dealer has given me £399 discount and Stratstone have given £1000 but another 3 month wait. So £599 more discount
Which model cla are you after, they had a white one outside at Huddersfield yesterday for sale without plates on
I would see if your local dealer will match and tell them what Stratstone are offering, if not then I would cancel and make the drive, 90 minutes for 600 quid, hell I’ll come get you for that kind of money!
we have 3 MINI dealerships within 15 miles of us, but as Stratstone have some amazing offers we have travelled the massive 17 miles to them and saved £500
Even got a 48hr test drive too, excellent service
