    I’m sorry that your having these problems, This may sound a hars, but all the information is set out on the website and through the Motability pack you receive before ordering your vehicle. So to blame Motability is quite unfair, they do have their procedures in place as to avoid these situations. If anyone needs a reprimand it’s the garage for letting you order the car in the way you did.
