    Update on windscreen problem. Car can only be fixed by Autoglass depot on 12th mostly due to my unavailability to take it there. After I mentioned on here about problems I contacted Motability via the website and within 10 mins they were on the phone. Couldn’t help with Autoglass but offered a taxi home after dropping car off and one back to collect which I thought was a great compromise. I then noticed that the 5” crack was now 14” long and started to become concerned and again contacted Motability. They sent RAC out who confirmed it shouldn’t be driven. The RAC have taken the car into storage until Thursday and a hire car is being delivered this morning.
    Cannot express how smoothly this has all gone. Wasn’t aware exactly how helpful Motability customer services are.
