I think this is a brilliant idea, and could really benefit many people. It wouldn’t work for me, because I do high mileage and live in a very remote area, so I really need access to a car 24/7.
I’m the only one in our family of six who qualifies for a car, although three others in the famly are also disabled. They all rely on me to taxi them around, and I also give lifts to two of our eldely widowed neighbours, so I guess I am sort of a one-woman Motability Uber!
