yes joss, osteo both knees with ligament and tendon damage too so it complicates a knee replacement but they say as i have good movement in the knee if they replace it i will lose movement and ligament and tendon grafts dont always work so they are reluctant to go that way. even though my right knee is whatever the opposite of bowing is, and i have it in my spine lower back and top 4 vertebrae.
all due to 20 years of running around assault courses etc in boots and a pack on my back, its what you get for proving your as good as the infantry etc. should have stayed in the nice warm pay office lol.
best of it is doing the physio they harp on about i popped a disc that presses on the sciatic nerve so ive another pill to take to reduce the messages the nerve sends out.
plus the anti inflammatories ive taken for the last 15 years blocked an artery and gave me a heart attack so theyve been stopped which has increased the pain. so cold wet days like today i get cranky and they wonder why.lol
