Hi newbie to this forum,
I have a Skoda Yeti on the scheme. When my car went into the garage for its 2 years 20,000 miles check, I mentioned that the black rubbing strip on the driver’s door had come loose and could they try and stick it back on. They told me that they couldn’t do this and also told me that Motability had refused to replace the strip, meaning I will have to pay to have a new one fitted. But from what I have been reading in this thread, I don’t know whether to have it replaced before my car goes back in May 2020 or just to leave it. I looked around on the Internet and came across the strips and they are like £40-50 to buy on eBay. I don’t know what to do for the best as I don’t want to lose my GCB as I rely on it for my next car.
