well it get no better go to another dealership to be told theres no mobility specialist in at all that day , im convinced Mercedes in the northwest dont want to sell me a car now as the treatment is disgusting , the women said they have two mobility people and neither in well im sorry thats not good enough you have to have staff to cover its a main dealership right next to man citys ground in manchester not like a used car lot

If you can bear a short drive over to the better side of the Pennines, I got a reasonably warm welcome at Stratstone Mercedes in Huddersfield a few months back. The Motability chap (sorry forgot his name) seemed fairly human for a Mercedes salesman.
I only popped in for some brochures so didn’t get around to discussing test drives or anything, but he was friendly enough.
