In regard to Mercedes, i test drove a CLA and had to sign the insurance form with a £1000 excess that i would have to pay if any damage on the accompanied test drive, others manufacturers didn’t even get me to sign anything just show my license.
It would seem Merc do everything to try and put people off buying their cars.
