I do agree these are expensive meds so the manufacturers risk loosing a lot of income. One of these meds alone is over 12k a year or the NHS, the information was released as a government warning to pharmacies that stock levels are extremely likely to be effected for an unknown time, as these drugs have a very short shelf life, need to be stored at a specific temperature and are usually delivered immediately to customers directly.
I don’t believe it’s simply scaremongering and certainly not political, time will tell, but this combination of drugs changes my life from being functioning to being hospitalised in a few weeks. One is for my related heart disease, I have to admit it’s worrying me.
I believed a deal would happen but it’s now looking less likely.
Time will tell.
