Same on the CX-5 for me, the seats were too small.
I too search for overall comfort as I drive over 2 hrs a day in my commute. Last year the S~Max narrowly beat the Kodiaq. Roll on 2021 for the next round of test drives to determine the next 3 years of comfortable wafting to and from work.
