I would agree with your thinking.
where I’m confused is my original pip2 form the DWP said i didn’t qualify so i appealed,the courts gave me enhanced on both sections.so is the ar1 form to be answered comparing to the court results or the pip form i originally sent in.
You could always give DWP a ring and see what they say just to be sure.
