that is a ridiculous and very sexist statement to make, it has no relevants to the thread and the notion ANY Genda would rely on a vehicle in the evening to avoid any kind of violence has no merit.
Banning youg drivers after a certain time of night no matter how many facts and figures back up its need will be very hard to impliment, many young drivers work evenings or rely on thier vehicle for various reasons, to restrict there movements would be injust.
