James I was more thinking more standard enquiries for example a question on the “how much is the good condition Bonus”
without using the search box. with the revised site it is easier to find.
Its not extensive information but I managed to find out its £600 and easy links to similar enquiries in just 3 clicks/presses from the home page, that’s an improvement at least.
