Mike it was the ERG who voted against Brexit, with their support it would likely have passed. Brexit doesn’t mean the same to everyone as this clearly shows.
BJ performance today was pretty poor and this is what I feared. When he is asked unscripted questions or goes off script he is a liability.

The word is that 17 Tories will defy the whip and vote with the opposition. They are likely to face deselection, some big hitters on that list.
