I did not check if all spaces were displaying a blue badge tbh, but it I bet their private company running the car park wont either and just serve fines out to AA parkers and over stayers (for example if you used to be there longer than 30 mins you had to spend more than 5 pound to get a receipt that could be scanned at meters outside) i led a big argument over this as it would take me 30 mins to get in and to other side of store and back to till again and if I wanted something that was just 3 pound i would get fined… thankfully they saw sense and changed it to an hour.
