Just on phone to Motability………they say I should NOT have entered my PIN if it didn’t match the spec that I was told originally.
I explained that at point of pick up I asked this exact question and was told he would mark it on the handover sheet. Indeed he DID mark it on the paperwork.
They are going to try and resolve it for me ………………….. #holdsbreath
