We just put it in the local Building Society for a rainy day Brydo, and when need it, we make a Withdrawal.
eg.
A trade deal arranged on a rainy November Tuesday – withdraw a couple of quid and hand it over to the EU, and then another deal on a rainy December morning – withdraw a bit more ?
