Dave have you read the other posts on the same problem. The dealers say it’s a safety feature? As there is no reversing camera?? But if they told you in good faith it has the feature they should honour it. If not you can buy a obd2 dongle and change the code to activate it.
Hi – mine DOES have a reversing camera though…….yes I saw the other thread and also posted in it.
I will look into the OBD2 but think it’s up to the dealer to sort out as that was the main feature my C Class Estate did not have – it was top of the list when I ordered it.
