I have lost a stone down from 15st 7 to 14st 6, I am hoping to get rid of my type 2 diabetes, forgot to add I have 2 teeth missing (denture used) and advanced hair lose, bit of a looker really.
Unfortunately I have suffered a brain injury and occasionally I get confused and often say the wrong thing.
