I think that you are correct, in that I see that the ECJ ruled earlier in the year that the U.K. could indeed remain a member on the same terms as now, as the result of a vote in Parliament to revoke Article 50?The documents covering the revocation and confirming the status quo, have to go to the European Council for ratification, but they have no power to reject the revocation!
The rest of my post is correct however.
But anyway , you just look after yourself , and forget politics for a while!
