All Moderators have full access to the Forum’s functions and where necessary many tools are at their disposal, should a deletion or a ban be required and where necessary implemented, should further action be needed then as administrators of an open Forum that have a duty of care to its users should it be required we can also contact individual service providers “ThreeMobile” as an example and have them act accordingly. Should an issue continue then laws are in place and will be used if necessary by the Site owner.
