Hey, Brydo.
For looks:
Volvo xc40
Peugeot 5008
DS7 Crossback
Value for money:
Nissan X-Trail
Volkswagen Tiguan
Seat Tarraco
I’ve been to look at quite a few as I’m due to order in the next few weeks. The Peugeot 5008 looks great, the 3 full sized seats in the middle row are ideal. However the AP’s are prohibitive when you go for an automatic. The X-Trail also looks good but, there’s lots of scratchy plastic around, especially on the doors, the doors themselves sound tinny when closing; great amount of kit though.
Disappointed in the Tiguan to be honest. Nothing special to look at in my opinion; spec is ok but, there’s better out there, assuming that we’re not taking discount into things, then there’s the 6-9 months waiting, ( tin hat on, incoming!! ).
Seat Tarraco, I like the looks, found this the easiest to get in and out of, good grip on inside door handle and not too big a lil to lift feet over. The amount of spec / safety equipment as standard is terrific value, £1099 AP for evo Lux!
Opinions are subjective, what do you think?
Ps. Test drove a few Hybrid cars last week if anyone is interested.
