I think or at least interpret that what you might be referring to is a lot of Dealerships only put example Motabily offers on there web sites, this is often the case so for a full list the Motability car search is for the better part the first port of call to be able to narrow down your search. After imputing your criteria and then wanting to research particular vehicles I find by far the best way is to search the Manufacturers UK website, simply put in the manufacturer name followed by uk into your search engine. Most Manufacturers have the full Motability list albeit hard to find sometimes. and many available as a PDF file
i tend to input “Manufacturer uk Motability” which tends to bring up the right page without having to search through, (for some reason Mercedes UK do not have a Motability list)
Motability and main manufacturers sites give a more accurate and comprehensive list compared to local dealership sites.
for great and interesting information and links to price lists you can also find this on our WhichMobilityCar HomePage.

To confirm No car can be ordered without a current VTN number, these are only found on vehicles on the current Motability list. In some cases manufacturers or dealers find a few stock cars that may of previously been on the list and on Motability say so May allow and re issue a VTN but this is on an individual basis and must have or had a VTN.
