ive not seen a list but as far as paint goes there is usually for most manufacturers the basic colour that they offer free to all, then metallic that they charge for say for example £500, then theres specials different manufacturers call them different things and they charge for example £750.
for motability the basic and metallic is usually free of charge if you want the “special” all you pay is the difference between metallic and special so in this example £250.all manufacturers honour this i beleive.
some manufacturers offer free front and rear sensors for cars that dont have it as standard i think vauxhall and ford do this.
other than that you need to check individual manufacturers websites or get your negotiating skills out with the individual dealer.
