Hi all. I’ve setup a new account so I can be anonymous. I’ve recently managed to terminate my Motability lease early. I then used the online access from my account to ask Direct Line for my Claims History letter. Their page said 48 hours, so 2 days to get this via email. No sign so I rang them up to chase. Apparently they are inundated with requests for this letter. The wait time was estimated by the lady I spoke to at 10 days, so 5 times the quoted time. Sounds like there’s a lot of us sending the message that we’re not happy with the way things are going and are exploring our options. I’ll follow up over the next few days with the choices I’ve made and my reasons for them. Cheers

Good luck I totally understand your reasons, I am still in 2 minds.
