With the way some of the public have responded, they’d much rather disabled people were left in ditches. This goes beyond Motability, though, I’ve seen people outright say they should stop giving benefits to disabled people altogether. When I asked one of them what would happen to those who require it as one of their only means of support, they said it should be down to family, and if they have no family, or their family doesn’t have the means to support them, then it’s natural selection. I am hoping it’s just bots online but I really don’t know.
