Call me a pessimist, but I seriously doubt this is “the low point from which the Scheme will rise”. It feels much more like the beginning of the end for the scheme as we know it. If the VAT changes in July are not offset in some way, leases directly from the showrooms will be very competitive and Motability will become pointless.
