Oh I know on that front. I really like the kona electric, the adaptions specialist said it could manage a 150kg hoist, when I ordered it turns out it didnt and I had to cancel and go for another car. To match the spec, i was looking for, it cost be an additional £2K. On the brightside, the enyaq is a brilliant car but it wasn’t my top choice.
It doesnt help either that theres no publicly available hoist limit for each car. Motability really should have that information on each car given the scheme has wheelchair users on it.
