My question would be where have they taken the information that 3/4s of Motability cutomers drive less than 10k miles a year?
Have they actually looked at what the milage was when their last car was returned of every single one of the 800k or so customers, I appreciate a proportion of this number will be people who have taken out their 1st lease, or have they sent out a survey to a small proportion of customers and found that 3/4s of those who responded said they did less than 10k a year?
