Given your order window opens before any of the changes take place and Drive Smart at the moment will only apply to new customers, you should be ok for your next car. If during an existing lease taken out (ordered) prior to the new changes and Motability bring Drive Smart to exisiting customers, you should be able to terminate your lease penalty free, as imo it would be classed as a major change to existing lease’s.
They make their own rules up as we have witnessed, the contract is a worthless.
