Today I took my daughter out for a drive. We looked at the Enyaq first, then the EV3 and 5.
The Enyaq has shaped the seat base to better support the knees, unfortunately that really didn’t work well for my daughter and could well be an issue for Mrs F too.
Even after the joys of squeezing in the Jeep, the EV3 still felt tight. The space in the back is barely enough for her.
The EV5 still sits at the top of the list. Space was plentiful, materials and styling were acceptable for her, although we had to try an EV3 Air to get the feel of the materials. I would still much prefer to be able to step up to the GT Line but the extra £3,000 just isn’t happening. Electric leather(ish) seats and tailgate would be useful but aren’t worth that much money. It’s odd that we are currently expected to pay for the full difference in retail price between the Air and GT Line.
