They decides not to proceed with stents and just did my cataract, I didm’t have and said he will discuss another proceedure instead at the follow up appointment in 6 to 8 weeks.
Must say, Im far from amused and would have prefered take my chances with the istent, if they didn’t work no harm would have been done and I carry on taking drops, as I have decided. It will alsways be on back of my mind whether stents would have worked fully or partially with even a reduction in glaucma drops, but he took that option away, even though studies suggest there would have been some effect.
Feeling well today with no adverse effects, which is the main thing 🙂
