There was a software update April 2025 & OTA update in December, which saw the problem to reappear for some of those that had previously had no issues since owning the car..
There is a temporary workaround (advised by KIA that agrees with the earlier post by Chris Harvey) that appears to work which is to set the charge rate (n.b. not the charge level) to 90% which will give about 6.3 to 6.5Kw of charge. (Kia forums)
There was a youtube video March last year, so technically out of date but never the less interesting as it covers europe wide.
