Not sure if I’ve missed your point Kezo. That’s for Blackvue, Thinkware also have facility to set but as previously mentioned Kenwood is fixed. And with the silly MB rule only allowing dealer fit at onset I’m limited to Kenwood.
Think I will try to contact Kenwood to see what they say. Like you already said, 12v would be ridiculous.
