    thats the issue if i can get to the gym every day the exercises etc i can do add up to 353 calories burnt which means i should be losing weight far more than i am even allowing for the strength exercices adding muscle which is heavier than fat.

    the myfitness pal i use on the laptop i hardly use any apps on the phone banking only to be fair and only because the bank insist on the app for logging in on the laptop.

    i suppose i will have to suck it up if i get an electric car as i will need them to refuel etc. steps are none existant anyway at home 7 to the bathroom 8 to the kitchen 12 to bed 6 to front door.

    depressing or what lol.
