Thats a great find and new one on me and many others I suspect
And I suspect I now know why that has always been the case
I like many others have never been asked to produce the said certificate whilst on the scheme and when simply ordering a car.
I now understand because of this topic that there are other circumstances where it is indeed needed
On the scheme for a decade many vehicles later and the latest award letter has in my case always sufficed
Really useful to know and understand the importance of such a letter if and when anyone needs such a letter
