It depends on how you use water. My mum is frugal with water with the exception of having a boiler that takes ages to produce boiling water, her bills were less than £40 but jumped following the new boiler.
Her neighbour washed clothes daily, everyone showers twice daily and cars are washed weekly. There’s a huge difference between the two bills.
