Because its in the bathroom and therefore covered by Part P of the building regulations, a Minor Electrical Works Certificate to prove its earthed and safe etc should of been issued, but don’t loose any sleep over it.
Freely (intranet TV?), I don’t think is fully up and running and has limited channels, but depends what you watch. One day it will replace Freeview when the Mux’s are eventually turned off in about a decade.
