our road is odd infront of our bungalows theres the kerb then 18inches of grass that is usually churned to mud, then the pavement 4ft ish then the public amenity grass. usually park one set of wheels right on the edge of the grass near the pavement. other wheels are 3ftish on the road.
That’ll be fine for charging following @kezo’s suggestion but I would advise ensuring there’s enough space between the edge of the pavement and the car that you can have the cable flat over the whole pavement under the protector and then rise safely to the charging port. I’d hate that some muppet find a way to ‘trip’ over that slight rise on the path as we all know there’s always some idiot seeking an easy payday.
