well thats a no then on all points,, i could say its a conspiracy as the rykneld rep virtually quoted word for word the council letter regarding getting a drive/hard standing and of course elf and safety was repeated every other word. regardless of the fact that pedestrian traffic is in single figures on any given day and is non existent at night. they specifically said even if cable covers were used they wouldnt bbe allowed.
