Odd question, I know, but what are the neighbours like? The reason I raise the point is that we’ve a good few who would cheerfully complain to housing associations, landlords, council or anyone else just because they’re bored. It seems a dark secret about the Cornish community spirit that takes such pride in looking after each other, some would also cheerfully drop neighbours deep in the proverbial if they were to try something they disagreed with, even if it made no difference to their lives.
Id love it if you found a solution which genuinely saves you money but I’d also hate it if after a few months some arsehat decided to ruin it for you, especially if that then impacted on every aspect of life.
