@kezo I asked Durham about those sorts of cable covers and they said no, nothing allowed on top of the footpath.
I did hear that they may be changing their mind about it though, so if they do a simple drop in place option would be easier for me than having to park in just the right distance from the kerb and bending down to feed it into the kerbocharge gully.
Also, when I start looking for cars towards the end of the year it would mean more choice instead of having to find one with the charge port in the same place as the Enyaq or having to buy a 10m or longer cable.
