Yes l fancy having a hybrid but as you say the Volvo has more space which is what l require l will go along to both dealers and have a look at the cars

    A quick look up (Whatcar)

Volvo V60 (non PHEV) has 519 litres of boot space with the rear seats up

Corolla Touring 1.8-litre model has 596 litres with the seats up, while the 2.0-litre model cuts it to 581 litres.

    Thats suprised me!

    Economy if important (Parkers)

The V60 B4 mild hybrid is economical, easily returning 40mpg on a run against a claimed WLTP economy figure of between 40.9–44.8mpg. In town effiency suffers, but we struggled to get less than 30mpg during our testing.

The Corolla Touring 1.8 hybrid model is known for its effiency, the 1.8-litre hybrid engine capable of achieving over 60 mpg in real-world conditions.
